Our products are manufactured on a large scale and although we go through rigorous testing and inspection, factory faults may occur.

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Mommy Material.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Mommy Material (the “Physical Goods”).

What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

During this time, Mommy Material will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What Will We Do To Correct Problems?

Mommy Material will replace parts of the product product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What is Included in the Warranty?

Our warranty includes defects of the following:

  • IC Board/Motor
  • Pump Battery

Spare parts such as the breast shield, flange insert, collection cup, valve and gas storage are not included in the warranty once used.

How Long Does the Coverage Last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Mommy Material is as follow:

  • IC Board/Motor: 1-Year Warranty
  • Pump Battery: 6-month Warranty

What Does this Limited Warranty not Cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Misuse, abuse, rough handling, or negligence.
  • Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
  • Liquid damage, including water or milk entering the motor.
  • Damage to accessories (Spare parts such as the breast shield, flange insert, collection cup, valve and gas storage are not included in the warranty once used.)

What Do You Have to Do?
