I am a second-time nursing mom, who’s had about every item designed to catch milk - you name the brand, I had it. But this product has got to be on my go-to list. The suction is obviously not that strong since there’s no motor, it’s just designed to catch let down. Do I Need a Special Bra to Use the Pump?
The NCVI Pump is designed to be worn with your standard nursing bra. The Pump needs to be firmly suctioned against your breast, there should be no gaps between the Pump and your breast.
Each and every bra has a different level of support, so make sure to get the compression right before each session. If you are using a particularly structured and inflexible bra, you may purchase a bra adjuster to create more room.
Will this Pump Stimulate my Let Down?
It suctions on like a traditional silicone breast pump and is great for catching let downs. However, if you are looking to pump you will need to push in and release the suction continuously.
