What Moms Have to Say

“I used the Freely Wearable Breast Pump during a student session and was able to monitor my pumping progress. I placed it on my stronger breast and pumped 95ml in 30 minutes. I absolutely love how the app tracks how much milk is pumped, making it easy to keep a record ❤. I was even able to sit with my students and pump while observing their therapy sessions.” – Maria

“This pump is fantastic, I finally have my hands free to look after both kids and now I don’t dread pumping. It will help when I start working again.” – Kimberley

Do I Need a Special Bra to Use the Pump?

The Freely™ Wearable Breast Pump is designed to be worn with your standard nursing bra. The Pump needs to be firmly pressed against your breast, there should be no gaps between the Pump and your breast.

Each and every bra has a different level of support, so make sure to get the compression right before each session. If you are using a particularly structured and inflexible bra, you may purchase a bra adjuster to create more room.

How Many Modes and Intensity Settings Does the Pump Have?

The Freely™ Wearable Electric Breast Pump has three modes, as well as 12 intensity settings so you can find the level that is most comfortable and efficient for you.

What Breast Shield Sizes are available?

The Freely™ Wearable Electrical Breast Pump comes standard with a 28mm collection cup and a 19mm, 21 mm and 24mm insert for optimal lift.

Will this Pump Stimulate my Let Down?

The Freely™ Wearable Electric Breast Pump has a very efficient stimulation mode. Research shows that most moms will let down to a pump after 1 ½ – 2 minutes of pumping with a stimulation phase.

My Breast Pump's suction has suddenly weakened. What could be the reason?

  • Check if the breast pump is fully charged. Ensure you are using a charging adapter with an output of 5V, as a higher voltage might cause charging issues.
  • Verify that the charging indicator light is functioning correctly (flickering blue and white). Recharge the pump if necessary, and make sure it charges properly (indicator light stays blue when fully charged).
  • Examine the pump’s assembly to ensure all parts are properly connected and secure, especially the valve and gas storage/diaphragm.
  • Double-check the positioning of the breast shields. Properly align the nipple in the middle of the flange insert for effective suction.
  • Maintain a proper seal between the breast shield and breast throughout the pumping session. Ensure the breast shield is correctly placed and sealed onto the collection cup.
  • Ensure spare parts are not worn out/torn. Refer to the manual for guidance on when to replace spare parts.
  • Ensure you are using the right size flange insert according to your nipple size. Refer to our manual to determine your nipple size.
  • Ensure to remove the motor from the rest of the breast pump before pouring out expressed milk. Milk leakage into the motor can cause severe damage to its internal workings.

I am experiencing Pain or Discomfort during Pumping.

  • Check the flange insert size. A wrong size might cause discomfort or pain. Consider trying a different flange insert size to find the most comfortable fit.
  • Adjust the suction level to a comfortable setting for your individual needs.
  • Ensure the breast pump is correctly positioned on the breast, and the nipple is aligned in the center of the flange insert.
  • Take breaks during pumping sessions to avoid overstimulation and potential discomfort.

I seem to be producing significantly less milk than before. What might be causing this decrease in milk output?

  • Ensure the breast pump is assembled correctly, with all parts securely attached.
  • Optimize your pumping position and posture for better milk flow.
  • Consider using the pump in a quiet, comfortable, and relaxed environment to stimulate milk production.
  • Try massaging the breasts gently before and during pumping to encourage milk flow.
  • Ensure spare parts are not worn out/torn. Spare parts have a huge influence on the suction strength of your breast pump and can therefor negatively impact your milk output. Refer to the manual for guidance on when to replace spare parts.
